This policy explains how Yashwanti London collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. 2. Information we collect
2.1. Details you give us: name, billing/delivery address, email, phone, order history, measurements (for made-to-measure), and marketing preferences.
2.2. Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g. card processor, Klarna). We do not store full card numbers.
2.3. Technical & usage data: IP address, device and browser information, and how you use our website (via cookies - see 7).
3. How and why, we use it (lawful bases)
3.1. To perform our contract: processing and delivering orders, handling returns and customer service.
3.2. Legal obligation: keeping records for tax, accounting and consumer-law purposes.
3.3. Legitimate interests: improving our products and website, preventing fraud, and (where permitted) sending you relevant updates - you can object at any time.
